Women in their forties often realize they look nothing like what they did in their twenties or even thirties.

A growing family along with the associated responsibilities or a demanding career (usually both) leads the majority of the female population to "abandon" oneself and scarcely resemble to the fresh, fit and  healthy figure of their youth.

Just take a look around you, read a woman's magazine, watch TV commercials and you'll realize the size of the problem. Belly fat, oversized buttocks and thighs, cellulite, round-shaped figures, along with health issues, like cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension, back and joint pains, to name a few, along with hormonal imbalance at menopause, urge us to take action.

Any woman owes it to herself, first of all, and to anyone significant in her life, to become fit and healthy  again. Fitness and health are strongly associated to each other and even severe health issues, that can not be reversed, may be stabilized or evolve at a slower pace.
